Meet Ray & Karolyn Pfeiffer  pfeiffers

What brought you to Trinity?  Ray and I have been married for just over 25 years. In that time we have raised 3 children (Sydney, Leigha, and Christian) and currently are enjoying being first time grandparents to Alexander. Ray and I love to be outside, kayaking, gardening or just relaxing on the deck.

Karolyn attended Trinity Lutheran School in 3rd Grade, and was baptized at that time. Her faith walk has been a crooked journey. As for Ray, he came to Trinity when we decided to marry. He became a member in 2005 and has been active in the church when he can. We have both served Trinity in many ways.

What groups or activities have you been involved in since becoming members?

Karolyn has volunteered at the school in the library, was athletic director for a few years, and at church if there was a way to help. Currently she is chair of the Care Ministry Team providing for those in need and the Gratitude Team. Ray has been a communion assistant, currently playing bass for the Music Ministry Team, and is an Elder. We have volunteered to set up and prepare for many events over the years, Easter Breakfasts, Community Dinners, 50 th School celebration, lots of sporting activities/tournaments, and the Harvest Dinners – just to name a few.

What has meant the most to you being part of the ministries at Trinity?

I am thankful for those who serve with me and it gives me such joy when we serve others. We are saved by grace, but when you let go and let God amazing things happen.

Give thanks in all circumstances for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you. I Thessalonians 5:18
