TRINITY LUTHERAN MINISTRIES REVITALIZE ’24 HAPPENINGS October 2024
We've been working since the first of the year to develop Values, Mission and Vision, through the work of our leadership, members of the congregation and parents at the school. We're going to start sharing a few highlights from some of our renewed and new ministry teams each month.
TLS Prayer Time What is it? Sometimes we all need a little extra help and prayer. This year, Trinity School has a prayer team offering to help with just that, school prayer requests. Confidential requests can be submitted in paper form, through a QR code or from the school website prayer link.
The Prayer Time Team meets on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of the month after Chapel.

Life Group Ministry (Pilot) Aimed at Trinity Members (for now), retired or approaching retirement; kids grown, regular in church, but still thinking there should be a bit more to the Christian life than just Sunday. You may be struggling with finding a consistent bible study time, struggling with a consistent prayer life, and don’t really know how to address it beyond church.
Starting with one pilot group and including members at a similar stage in life - meeting regularly, helping and encouraging each other in living the Christian life well. Get to know one another, pray for one another, getting into the Bible (reading, studying together) in a situation that’s casual and comfortable.

Trinity's New Mission Statement
Trinity impacts lives by sharing Jesus’ love with people of all ages.
Our School is collecting items for hygiene kits to send to those impacted by the devastating effects of Hurricane Helene. As they need these kits as soon as possible, we are asking for the following donations:
Hand towels (15 x 25 - 17 x 27)
Washcloths
Combs
Toe nail or fingernail clippers
Standard band-aids
Bath-size soap (3 oz bar or larger - individually wrapped)
Adult toothbrush (individually packaged)
Unopened toothpaste
Individual hand sanitizer
Small shampoo
We are also accepting monetary donations in order to cover the cost of shipping and any additional supplies that are necessary to complete kits.
Please have these items to school by Thursday, October 10th.
