Dear Trinity Members and Friends,

This is an important message for all of Trinity as we have information to share about our response to the COVID-19 pandemic.  We know that in times of uncertainty, we lean on our faith in extra measure, we look for comfort and peace, and to share that with others.  We still want to nourish our faith during these times, but we must also do our share to halt the spread of this virus.  Please read carefully the below plans for Trinity.

Weekend Worship Services

Starting immediately, we will only offer LiveStream worship, at 9:30 AM on Sundays.  There will be no Saturday worship.  This will continue through Sunday, April 5.

Wednesday Lenten Services

Wednesday services on March 25 and April 1 will continue to be LiveStream only, starting at 6:30 PM.

Holy Week Services

A decision has not yet been made regarding Holy Week Services.  Please stay tuned for further communications on our plans as we continue to assess the situation.

All Other In-Person Ministries

All other gatherings for things like Bible Studies, Ladies Aid, Quilting, etc, are suspended during this time.  As we let you know about worship services, we will also let you know about our ministries.

School

Governor Whitmer has closed schools through April 6.  Trinity School is adhering to that rule and will continue to follow whatever comes next, either opening on April 6 or continuing the closure.

Early Childhood Center (ECC)

Initially, after talking with ECC workers and parents, the ECC was closed for this week (March 16-20).  With further discussion, we have decided to remain closed until April 6.  Depending on the outcomes of the school closure decision from the Governor, a further determination for the ECC will be made on April 2.

Trinity’s Finances

These are very serious times not only for the world but for Trinity Lutheran Ministries as well.  Watch for further information on how you can help, but please, our expenses do not stop at a time like this, so please find ways to continue to provide your offerings, via mail or electronic.

Church Office

The church office hours remain the same for call-in purposes ONLY. If you have to contact the church office for any need, please call 517-784-3135 or email: holesoa.tlm@gmail.com.  Hours are Monday through Thursday, 9:00am-12:00pm, 1:00pm-4:00pm.

New Ways To Stay Connected

Watch your email and Facebook for further updates on new things we will be offering to stay connected!

Now, May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that by the power of the Holy Spirit you may abound in hope. (Romans 15:13)
